Privacy notice

This notice covers the CoreLead website and free beta at app.corelead.tech. The beta is operated by Audran Yematha. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, email audranwolfhards@gmail.com.

Information we handle

When you request access, we collect your name, email, testing purpose, terms acknowledgement and request time. Activation records include a hashed invitation token, expiry, acceptance time and a hashed password. We record successful sign-ins and account status. Infrastructure may also process connection logs such as IP addresses and browser information for security.

The app stores the leads, searches, lists, campaign settings and other records you choose to save. If you connect a sending mailbox, its connection credentials and synced messages are processed to provide that feature. Do not upload sensitive personal data or confidential client information during the beta.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide requested access and account services, deliver transactional emails, support testing, enforce usage limits and prevent abuse. Where applicable, the legal bases are steps to provide the service you request, performance of that service, and legitimate interests in security, support and service improvement. Optional marketing requires a separate choice; this access form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Operator notifications and service providers

Access requests, account activations and successful sign-ins generate notifications to the operator at audranwolfhards@gmail.com. Request notifications include the name and testing purpose you supplied. Notifications do not include your password or invitation link.

Hosting and database infrastructure, the configured SMTP provider and Gmail process information needed for hosting and transactional communications. Features you invoke may send relevant input to third-party data or AI services, including Google Gemini where that feature uses it. CoreLead job discovery and manual job review do not require Gemini. External application links have their own privacy practices.

Providers may process data outside your country. Contact us for details about the providers and safeguards applicable to your use before uploading regulated or sensitive information. We do not sell your workspace data.

Cookies and browser storage

The app uses authentication cookies and browser storage for settings and saved search state. Workspace storage is scoped to the signed-in account. The marketing site may load fonts from Google Fonts, which exposes connection information to that service. This access flow does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics.

Retention and deletion

Invitation links expire after 24 hours. Expiry does not automatically delete the request record. Account records and workspace data are retained while needed to operate your account. Access and security records are retained as needed for support, abuse investigations and legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion; we verify ownership before acting. Backup and email copies may persist until the relevant retention cycle ends.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to relevant processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact the operator using the address above; we will explain any limits that apply to your request.

Beta security and updates

New tester workspaces start empty and are not joined to the operator’s team. The operator may access information where necessary for support, security or administration. No service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice as beta features change; the update date is shown above.
